Transitioning from wholesale operations, the company ventured into retail in 2008, initially serving clients from a modest office space. Mr. Gautam has a brilliant understanding of product design and consumer behaviour. He has brought about a huge transformation in the gold and diamond industry.
He is a commerce graduate and started his journey by cultivating his skills in his father’s business. As the visionary behind TDF’s technical operations, store management, and product development, his insights shine. With over 25 years of experience in retail sales and store management, he boasts an unquestionable judgement of market trends and consumer preferences.
Mr. Adve Prasanna Shetty’s strategic thinking and entrepreneurial drive have played a significant role in TDF’s success. He’s also an MBA graduate. With over 15 years of corporate managerial experience, he excels in business development, channel management, and resource acquisition.
His journey includes prestigious names like Allianz and Sunlife Insurance. While getting busy in the corporate world, he made sure to never abandon his passion for entrepreneurship.
